Good to know before you go

Everything you need to know about your visit to Sauna House.

Bring a change of clothes. After your cold plunge, you'll want dry clothes to change into.

A change of clothes and a water bottle to hydrate — we also have a filtered water station on site.

Your reservation is time-sensitive. You'll get whatever time remains in your slot so we don't delay the next guest.

Less than 24 hours' notice: full charge ($29 for Sauna + Cold Plunge, $40 for Massage). More than 24 hours' notice, with or without rescheduling: no fee.

If we have to drain the water or excessive cleaning is required, we charge a $30 cleaning fee.

Research suggests 20–30 minutes in the infrared sauna and 2–5 minutes in the cold plunge — but every session is yours to use as you like.
