Walking into a recovery studio for the first time can feel like there's a right and wrong way to do it. There isn't — but a little context makes the first visit smoother. Here's what to know before you come in.
What to bring
Bring a change of clothes and a water bottle — we have a filtered water station on site, but you'll want something to sip during your session. After the cold plunge, you'll want dry clothes to change into, so don't plan on wearing the same outfit home.
What happens in your suite
Each private suite has both the infrared sauna and the cold plunge, so you move between the two without leaving the room. Research suggests 20–30 minutes in the infrared sauna and 2–5 minutes in the cold plunge, but your session is yours to use however feels right — there's no required order or timer forcing you along.
A few practical notes
- +Reservations are time-sensitive — if you're late, you'll get whatever time remains in your slot.
- +Less than 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule: full charge applies.
- +More than 24 hours' notice: no fee, reschedule freely.
- +A $30 cleaning fee applies if the water needs to be drained or excessive cleaning is required.
First time here? Ask about our new guest offer when you book — it's the easiest way to try the full sauna and cold plunge experience for less.
