What do I wear?

Bring a change of clothes. After your cold plunge, you will want dry clothes.

What do I bring?

A change of clothes and water bottle to hydrate. We have water station with filtered water. Our sauna rooms are equipped with a tv and towels are provided as well.

How much time do I get if I'm late?

Your reservation is time sensitive and you will get any time that is remaining as to not delay the next guest. We will need time to clean and disinfect after each use.

What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full charge — $29 (Sauna + Cold Plunge), $40 (Massage)
More than 24 hours, no reschedule: $0 fee
More than 24 hours, with reschedule: $0 fee

What is the cleaning fee?

If we have to drain the water or excessive cleaning is required we charge $30.

How long do I stay in the sauna and cold plunge?

Research suggest 20-30 minutes in the infrared sauna and 2-5 minutes in the cold plunge. However, we recommend you do what feels most comfortable.
