What do I wear ?

Bring a change of clothes. After your cold plunge, you will want dry clothes.

What do I bring?

A change of clothes and water bottle to hydrate. We have water station with filtered water. Our sauna rooms are equipped with a tv and towels are provided as well.

How much time do I get If am late?

Your reservation is time sensitive and you will get any time that is remaining as to not delay the next guest. We will need time to clean and disinfect after each use.

What is a cancel fee?

We do have a 24 hour cancelation policy and charge $29 for a sauna cancelation and $40 for a massage cancelation.

What is a cleaning fee?

If we have to drain the water and excessive cleaning is required we charge a cleaning fee of $30.

How long do I stay in the sauna or cold plunge

Recommended 20-30min in the infrared sauna and 2-5 minutes in the cold plunge. However, we recommend you tailor the session depending on your comfort level.
